At Bridal Bazaar, every order is processed carefully as per the product, size, color and specifications selected by the customer. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Cancellation No Refund No Exchange No Return
Bridal Bazaar has a strict policy of no returns, no exchange, no cancellation and no refund once the order is confirmed.
Customers are requested to carefully check product details, size, color and other specifications before placing an order.
Whatsapp or Video Call Orders
Once confirmed, orders placed via WhatsApp, FaceTime, video calls or similar channels are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Product Color And Appearance
We photograph all our products in a professional studio setting. Color, shade and appearance of product may vary slightly from product images due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Fabric, Embellishment & Finishing
We are very careful in choosing our products and we maintain quality standards in fabric, embroidery, stitching and finishing. Because some products are handmade, there might be minor differences in embroidery, texture, or finishing.
