We understand, things change, at Bridal Bazaar. This Cancellation Policy describes the circumstances under which you may cancel an order placed with us and what you can expect after submitting a cancellation request.
When placing an order with Bridal Bazaar you agree to the following terms.
Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been packed or shipped.
If your order is in the processing, packing or dispatch stage it may not be possible to cancel it.
Cancelling an Order.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number via:

Orders That May Not Be Cancelled
Some orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. E.g:
Custom sewn or made-to-order outfits Outfits modified to measurements provided by customer Final sale or non-returnable items Orders that have already been shipped or delivered
As many of our bridal and wedding pieces are custom made, we ask that you review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
Bridal bazaar cancelations
There are some cases when we may need to cancel an order on our end. For example:
Product unavailable or out of stock. A product pricing or description error has been found. Unable to confirm payment We do not service your location
If we need to cancel your order, we will let you know and refund your payment in full.
Reimbursement for Canceled Orders
If a cancelation is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed it may take a few business days for the refund to show in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to Orders
If you wish to change an order (eg. size, address, product etc.) rather than canceling, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes prior to the order being processed.
